Pirates 2

Just got back from watching Pirates of the Caribbean Two.  Fabulous movie.  Oh, long live the snark.  Best part of the movie were the funny bits.

The acting, the scenery, the characters, all great.  It has Johnny, shirtless!Orlando (fabulous back that man has :P )  Plenty of action, too.  Jumped a couple times, so yay.

Bad bits were few and far between.  I think they got carried away with the computer effects a bit.  Took away from the movie, for me at least.  And it seemed they tried to be too smart, throw too many "surprises" in.  It was kind of hard to keep up.

But the New Norrington, Jack Davenport, is HOTT yes.  Shall investigate more.  Beautiful eyes.  See pic below.

But alas, I have a headache now and must sleep.  I will be finishing up part 4 of my unnamed fic/porn tomorrow.

I should really name that thing.  Any ideas from anyone?

Right, that settles it. As soon as I can get my hands on the first one, I'll have to watch the second one too.

Yay for ficcage! *g* I'm notoriously bad at titles. The only thing that popped in my head was Fatal Attraction, but that might be a violation of copyright. ;)

Definitely a must see! There is supposed to be a third one over the next year or so. That one should be good!

I have to say I'm a big admirer of Johnny Depp. Not because I fancy him, really, just because he's one of those rare actors that can take on any type of role and make it work. I've seen him in horror, thrillers, fantasy, blockbusters and low budget, romantic films,... Makes a change from all the others who get pinned down on one type of film.
